Hello,
The railing can be either wood or metal. It will have a top and bottom rail and balusters with all
dimensions according to code.
The window will be an Andersen 400 Series TW20210 White(to match all other windows) with Low-E
glazing. It is 2'2" W x 3'0" H.

1. The vinyl railing will not be acceptable since this is a historic review district. Please have an option
for wood or metal.
2. I didn't notice at first this was not included, but we need specs for that window that is going in the
addition. Will you just be re-using the existing window?

are there to present and answer questions.
