Hello,
I’m the owner of 120 East Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. I submitted a public comment supporting
the Massie’s home improvement project to the land use board. I didn’t receive a confirmation and
wanted to make sure it was submitted correctly. Please see below.

We are in full support of the improvements the Massies are proposing for their home. As their
property occupies a prominent corner lot that anchors our neighborhood along a main thoroughfare,
we believe the planned renovations will not only enhance the appearance and functionality of the
Massies’ residence but also contribute positively to the overall aesthetic appeal and property values of
the surrounding area.
