Fee in lieu for sidewalk on Excelsior Spring Ave will be $18,000.00.
o Based on the 2025 fee schedule the rate for 4” thick sidewalk installation it is 18 $/ft 2.

We are still waiting on the most recent plan set that includes the street trees, city lights and
driveway change.
