NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the lot line adjustment application #20250603 of:

Involving the premises with tax parcel nos. 191.-2-26 & 49, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an
application for lot line adjustment approval extension of a previously approved two-lot adjustment
(consolidation) in the Gateway Commercial – Rural (GC-R) district with the Planning Board who met on
September 11, 2025 and made the following decision with a 6-0 vote (In favor: Pingel, Ferrante, Mayo,
McTygue, King, Stellato):
Issued a one-year approval extension for lot line adjustment (consolidation). This is the first
extension and shall expire August 2, 2026.
Unless further extended by the Planning Board, this approval shall expire if the applicant fails to comply
with all requirements stated in the resolution (PB #20240346) within one-year or further extend the
approval.
