NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the site plan review application #20250675 of:
Gordon Boyd/53 Putnam Resources, LLC
53 Putnam St.
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #165.60-1-58, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for
site plan approval extension of a previously approved site plan for a mixed-use project including 4,423 sq.
ft. commercial space and 32 residential units (affordable condo units) and associated site work in the
Urban Core (T-6) District with the Planning Board who met on September 11, 2025 and made the
following decision with a 6-0 vote (In favor: Pingel, Ferrante, Mayo, McTygue, King, Stellato):
Issued an 18-month approval extension for site plan review. The new expiration date is March 19,
2027. This is the first approval extension.
All conditions of the original approval, granted on February 29, 2024, remain in effect.
This approval shall expire if the applicant fails to comply with any required conditions and start actual
construction, or otherwise implement this approval within 18 months, or further extend the approval.
