Geotechnical Report Review
Dear Mr. Salway,
We have completed our review of the materials submitted for the above-referenced project. The materials include
the Geotechnical Report by Daniel Loucks, PE prepared for Dempsey Development dated 15 April 2025.
General Comments
From a technical perspective, basic information has been provided in order to design the foundations for the
building. We have no comments on the data that has been provided, finding it acceptable for reasonable design of
the foundations.
The format of the report is not what we are used to seeing but the different sections necessary for the report are in
there - specifically, description of the site, work scope and presentation of the soils data.
