NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Architectural review of modifications to an existing front porch within the Urban Residential-3 (UR-3) District,
tax parcel # 165.51-1-62, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance , the
Design Review Board issues the following decision on September 24, 2025:
Approve the project with the following conditions:
Porch to restored in-kind; porch roof may be EPDM or asphalt shingle, porch skirting may be lattice or wood
shingles. Material details to be approved administratively.
