Neighborhood Center (NC) District, tax parcel #153.-1-23, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the
following decision on September 24, 2025:
Approve the project as submitted or shown on the attached plans

The WVEBP allows for less restriction of air flow. This hooded wall vent is quality constructed from Heavy Duty 28 gauge
pre-painted steel. The FAMCO WVEBP comes with a ¼ inch removable screen and spring loaded damper with gasket.

The FAMCO SWVP wall vent is a hooded wall vent that is primarily used for air intake, air supply, or exhaust applications
where no backdraft damper is needed. This vent is not rated for dryer ventilation, the screen will trap lint and could create a
fire risk. Quality constructed from heavy duty 28 gauge pre-painted galvanized steel, available in black, brown, or white. The

MECHANICAL NOTES:
1.CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH PROPERTY OWNER FOR THE
LOCATIONS OF WALL OPENING.
2.EXHAUST FAN SHALL BE AT LEAST 10 FEET AWAY OR 3 FEET ABOVE
FROM ANY AIR INTAKES FROM THIS OR ADJACENT TENANTS.
VENTILATION GENERAL NOTES:
1.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXAMINE ALL OTHER SPECIFICATIONS, DRAWINGS AND ALL OTHER FEATURES OF BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION WHICH MAY AFFECT HIS WORK AND BE GOVERNED BY THESE SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING THE GENERAL
CONDITIONS AND PARTICULAR INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL BIDDERS AND SUPPLIERS.
2.ALL WORK SHALL BE EXECUTED AND INSPECTED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LOCAL CODES AND/ OR STATE CODES,
