remain and/or reused where
possible.
–Historic (former front) door on
Ballston side to be restored.
•New windows and doors.
–H3 Fusion Tech by Sierra Pacific.
–Extruded aluminum cladding.
–Cedar trim to match existing.
–Unequal 1/4 Arch to recreate
kitchen window.

•Original house: existing siding to be refurbished.
–Cedar lap siding to match existing.
–Cedar shake siding to match existing.
–Cedar trim to match existing.
•Original house: existing brick to be exposed.
–If not feasible due to cost, we will paint the brick or restore cedar
siding/shake treatment as currently exists.
•Garage: existing siding to be refurbished.
