Dear Ms. Jackie Knowles,
On September 23, 2025, a representative from HCR completed a compliance monitoring onsite visit. They reviewed
resident files, management files, and conducted a physical inspection of the property buildings, grounds, and individual
units. The results of the audit indicated compliance with the LIHTC, SLIHTC, FHTF ESSHI, HOME, and HTF program
requirements are Satisfactory.
The property looks wonderful and seems to be in good order. The files were perfect, and the physical property was
clearly being maintained and cared for. The residents seemed happy and I appreciate all of the services you are
providing them.
