Excelsior Spring Ave is a Greenbelt Trail connector. The site plan indicates a 6' asphalt sidewalk. This should be a full-width multiuse path. 2. Audrey Lane, east of Springwood Dr. is too narrow for two cars to pass side by side. Now a new 10' driveway and a 20' driveway are proposed. It is important to know that Audrey Lane is the primary walking and biking connector for kids and adults in the Elizabeth Ln. and Patricia Ln. neighborhoods to get to St. Clements, Caroline St School, Eastside Rec, and downtown. Safety will be compromised. 9/23/25, 7:44 AM Mail - Mark Graham - Outlook https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox/id/AAQkAGIxYTcxODdiLTE4ZmUtNDdlMy05MTNlLTA4ZjY5NTFhMDAzMQAQAGWV%2FoUc0aFNjdn73iMqg…1/2 Currently street parking is permitted on Audrey Ln. The new house on the approved subdivision lot will make an unsafe environment more so if street parking is allowed despite the two car garage and 20' driveway. What prevents the inhabitants from having more than two cars? What if the house becomes another short-term rental? There needs to be a sidewalk on Audrey Ln. for families' and kids' walking safety.
