Re: SCPB Referral Review #25-171 - Area Variance - Christovich & Monette
A proposal to subdivide a .25-acre parcel into 2 equal 0.125-acre lots in the City's UR-3 District has
created the need for lot size and lot width variances for both proposed parcels. Minimum lot size is
6600 SF; 5450 SF is provided requiring 1,150 SF of relief. Minimum average lot width is 60'; 50' is
provided requiring 10' of relief.
