Hi John,
So per the UDO, because the lot is 1 00'wide, the max driveway width is 25' with the main
driveway being 19'-6'. That only leaves 5'-6' left over so we would not allow the horseshoe
driveway.

I have put a variance application in for 112 Fifth Ave.
They are suggesting getting approval from you first on 2 curb cuts.
The client is looking to have a horseshoe driveway. I am also looking to get on the agenda for the workshop on
Sept 8th.
Please let me know if you need anything else. I have attached the proposed site plan for your review.
