Only city provided notice shall be sent, no additional or self produced materials shall be included. • Proof of mailing (a 'certificate of mailing") from the Post Office must be obtained at the time of mailing and provided to the Planning Office prior to the hearing. Please note that a "certificate of mailing" is not the same as 'certified mail'. The Planning Office has placed the legal ad in the Times Union. These fees are paid by you as part ofapplication .
