In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:  Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following decision on September 10, 2025:  Approve the application as submitted or shown on the attached plans Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and actual work begun. Yes, we can make sure the solar panel supports are black. Yes, we can enclose the equipment in a ventilated cabinet if it is required. The equipment emits heat so if the cabinet could be avoided it would be preferred. Would it be possible to review the need for the cabinet once the system is installed? After installation review If the DRC still wants the enclosure, then it will be detailed & provided. Please advise if after review of these responses if this can be a consent item.
