The new sign is 40" above the grade with an additional 23.5" to top of sign. Total height is 63.5" tall or
5.29'. This is being installed an a pre-existing sign post and bracket.

I'm reviewing the signage app for the freestanding sign at 176 Lake - Lake Periodontics.
In a UR-3, the max signage height is 6'.
Please identify the total height of the sign and post so I can check against compliance guidelines.
