Comments As we know, Saratoga Springs has unfortunately lost many
beautiful and unique historic homes over the decades.
Fortunately most of the present property owners appreciate the
rich architectural heritage of this city. When an opportunity such
as this arises to create a new home every effort should be
made to design a structure that is contributory and restorative
to the architecture of the neighborhood in the same manner
that homes were originally designed. This can be achieved in a
variety of styles and still be compatible with the neighborhood.

Unfortunately the plans presented do not seem to fit in as
drawn and a redesign should be encouraged that is visually
and architecturally worthy of this city.
