Project Name I can't find the project name and I am out of time to search for it

Comments I find the proposed building totally out of character with the
buildings on North Broadway and totally inappropriate for that
location. I agree with the Preservation Foundation's
recommendations "that the building have a single-family
residential appearance."I also agree with their concerns about
"the front setback, mass, as well as the placement of the
garage entrance." The entrance to the garage should be on the
alley, not Rock Street. "the proposed material, fiber cement

with the building materials on North Broadway.
