Comments North Broadway, especially from Greenfield Avenue to
Skidmore College, contains many of the city's architectural
gems. All are single-use residential structures; some have been
adapted from multi- to single-use. The proposed project at 624
North Broadway is wholly not in keeping with the other
structures. Its scale is disproportionate, it proposes to include
multiple housing units, and the materials - fiber cement and
steel railings - are inconsistent and out-of-place with the other
structures on the street. North Broadway is one of the signature

architectural features of the city and the proposal would
severely diminish the appearance of Saratoga Springs' main
street. Please consider supporting a single-use structure that is
in harmony architecturally with the rest of Broadway north of
Greenfield Avenue.
