Comments Design Review Board,
I am writing to express my strong disapproval of the proposed
new building on North Broadway. This project, as currently
designed, does not fit within the historic and architectural
character of the neighborhood.
North Broadway is one of Saratoga Springs’ most distinguished

streets, the proposed structure stands in stark contrast to this
established character and risk diminishing the historic
streetscape that residents and visitors alike deeply value.
I respectfully urge the Board to reject this proposal in its current
form and to encourage a design that better reflects the
architectural heritage and harmony of North Broadway.
