Comments I do keep track of DRB agendas and I rarely submit comments,
but the proposed project at 624 North Broadway exceeded my
threshold of being silent. This project is absolutely one of the
worst possible projects to be proposed for this incredibly
important historic district since I moved here in 2019. A multi-
story condominium is out of scale (it is too tall and wide) with
the entire North Broadway Historic District. It is already across
the street from the "Palazzo Riggi" - undeniably offensive to
this historic district but it at least is to scale with other houses in

the district (NOT high density) ... and this district should not
have ANY high density housing. A residence on North
Broadway should be a single family home designed to fit in with
the scale and architecture of its neighbors. I implore the DRB to
reject this proposal in entirety and to direct the property owner
to build a single family home that fits in with the scale and
density of the houses to the north.
