Comments The submitted design could not look more out of place on North
Broadway. The size, design, and materials are completely
incongruous with the surrounding homes and the
neighborhood. While I strongly support the creation of more
housing in S.Springs -- especially affordable housing, if this is
even such a plan -- the architects and designers must make a
much greater effort to sustain the historic character of our
beautiful city -- which they are completely capable of doing, as
