Comments I strongly oppose the designs proposed for this property. The
architectural commercial/urban style is not fitting for this grand
historic residential neighborhood. There are many
architecturally rich styles that could accommodate multi-family
living in this area without harming the residential character of
the area. I respectfully ask this board to reject the current
designs and require neighborhood-appropriate setbacks,
building height and garage entrance from the alley not
neighboring roads. The owner and architect should make a

greater effort to add architectural value to this community
instead of proposing designs that are inconsistent with the
context, history and unique qualities of this neighborhood.
