Comments The proposed 3-story multifamily residential project does
nothing to support or enhance the architectural integrity of this
neighborhood or the nearby historic structures. In that it is three
stories versus one story, it is more massive than even the
existing building and does not contribute to the historic
character of North Broadway. With more imagination, it can be
small, affordable, and a contribution to the architectural style of
North Broadway rather than a sterile, 3-story hiccup.
