Comments To The Design Review Board,
I have been a resident of 767 North Broadway for 30 years,
and my family and I truly love our beautiful neighborhood.
These historic homes are a labor of love to preserve, requiring
significant investments of both time and resources to maintain
their unique character.
I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed

design for the property at 624 North Broadway. The design, in
my view, is not in keeping with the historic character of our
street. It resembles a college dormitory more than a home that
belongs in this distinguished neighborhood.
I urge the Board to reconsider this proposal in favor of a design
that respects and preserves the architectural integrity of North
Broadway.
