Uniquely, unlike all other applications involving habitable space in detached structures, submitted from 2012 to the present, This structure will not be heated . In addition, all windows will be fixed units. (non-operable)_ The only operable components will be the large ( 12'-0") Multi-Glide Marvin Door, and a 3'-0" French (Outswing) door.
