Hi. I was unable to attend the below zoning meeting and also unable to attend the meeting
scheduled for Monday Oct 7th, due to work schedules, but did have one follow up question.
I read the updated minutes and agenda posted on the saratoga springs website but didn't
see any thing re if there is any kind of approval for what type of living things can be in the
aquarium if approved. Or if how it is approved transfers permission to new owners and what
animals they could keep in the structure. I assume this is raising aquarium type animals for
hobby and not commercial use as well?. Thanks, colleen

aquarium. Are there any rules on what type of animals. Fish vs snakes for example.
