Broadway Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Involving the premises with tax parcel no. 178.27- 1 - 14 in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for site plan modification for proposed site changes in the Transect — 5 District. The Planning Board issues the following decision on July 25, 2019 (passed 7-0-in favor: Torpey, Totino, Bristol, Casey, Horton, Fabozzi, Ryan): • Reaffirmed the SEQR negative declaration for the project with no further environmental review required. • Moved to approve the final site plan modification as described in addendum no. 3 dated July 8, 2019 per the requirements set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Ordinance Article 7.2 — Site Plan Review. • All conditions of original site plan approval of the November 16, 2017 approval shall remain in effect. The applicant is required to: Ensure the project as-built accurately reflects all conditions of site plan modification.
