Re: SCPB Referral Review #25-138 - Site Plan Review - RISE Housing and Support Service
A proposed construction of a 3-story, 25,555 s.f. apartment building, resulting in 71 dwelling units, and a
3,000 s.f. 1-story amenity building on a 4.18-ac. parcel in the City's Urban Neighborhood (T-4) district.
The project will have one curb cut onto Finley St. along with associated parking, stormwater
management and landscaping. Public water and sewer will be provided.

Zoning: UN Urban Neighborhood District (T-4)

Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on August 21, 2025.
Decision: No Significant County Wide or Inter Community Impact
Comment: The SCPB reviewed the materials that were provided with the referral package. In
addition, the letters that were received from concerned neighbors were presented to the Board
members prior to the meeting. The Board discussed the concerns raised by adjoining property owners
and determined that the issues posed to the Board do not present a county wide or inter community
impact.
