However, further examination has determined that we require additional information to proceed. A final property survey is required to illustrate the current conditions and the proposed construction of the new addition, enabling us to accurately assess the necessary area variances. Unfortunately, the current sketch plan fails to meet the necessary application standards to confirm the dimensions, setbacks, and location of the proposed new addition on your property. We kindly request that you provide us with the necessary information to complete our review and move forward with the Zoning Board of Appeals. I am attaching all of the necessary paperwork to apply for an area variance to build a screened porch on the back corner of our house. The attached photos show the back porch area and the aerial view of the property. Could you please print the first page of the ZBA application, the first page of the SEA form, the sketch ( I will need to make a few notations on that), and the 2 emails I already forwarded to you from my adjacent neighbors? My printer was able to spit the rest out. I really appreciate your offer to help with printing! Please let me know if you need anything else. I will be stopping by shortly to sign the paperwork and deliver a check for the application fees. Hello, I currently live at 15 Tommy Luther Drive and live right next store to the Larkin family (17 Tommy Luther Drive) Their request to build a screened porch does not impact our view of anything in the neighborhood. We probably won't even be able to see it. The proposed porch will not produce an undesirable change in the neighborhood or a detriment to our properties.
