We are grateful to the builder for the care with which he restored this building, and to his stall who have fostered an admirable lifestyle and sense of community among us. But that sense of community has been placed under severe stress by these plans. Well over half of the Grove tenants are retired, and many of the younger tenants work online in their apartments. Thus, many residents, even those at some distance from the prospective building sites, will find their lives disrupted. It will he hard for them to -peaceably and quietly enjoy the Leased Premises without hindrance by Landlord," as promised in their lease agreement. In addition, like many residents, we are parishioners of St. Clement's Catholic Church, located on the other side of a narrow driveway from the Grove. We are concerned that the construction might affect the daily Mass at 8:00am and the Vigil Mass on Saturdays at 4:00pm. Thank you for giving attention to our concerns, Sincerely, Richard ,Elphiek Ester Elphiek , . . . -IT,
