I just received a message from the surveyor that the average lot width is 413 feet. Do you need more than that?
If the second principal structure is ok, do we need to do setbacks or would we withdraw the application?

Hi Stephanie,
I am reviewing the application for 18 Nelson Ave. Relief for a second principal structure is not required, as
an additional principal structure for a single-family home is permitted in the RR district provided there is
double the lot size and width requirements.
That being said, can you provide the average lot width (average from front,middle and rear of site) so I
can verify you meed this requirement.
