In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Unlisted Action – SEQR assessment & determination July 16, 2025
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance , the
Design Review Board issues the following decision on July 16, 2025:
Approve the plans with the following conditions:
Applicant to use natural materials for the fence, either metal or wood.
