Re: SCPB Referral Review #25-A-31 - Subdivision Review - East Ave, Covell Ave & North Ave.
A proposal to consolidate three vacant parcels and subdivide the area into six residential lots with lots
ranging for 7,000 s.f. to 8,052 s.f. All proposed lots will be for single-family use in the city's Urban
Residential-2 zoning district.
Location: East Ave, Covell Ave & North Ave. (US Rt 9 & NYS Rt 50)
Tax Map #: 166.5-2-41; -43 & -36
Zoning: Urban Residential 2 (UR-2)

Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on July 17, 2025.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: Since Covell Avenue and North Avenue are narrow, there may be a consideration of shared
driveways to reduce the number of access points on to each of these roads.
