All proposed lots will be for single-family use in the city's Urban Residential-2 zoning district. Location: East Ave, Covell Ave & North Ave. (US Rt 9 & NYS Rt 50) Tax Map #: 166.5-2-41; -43 & -36 Zoning: Urban Residential 2 (UR-2) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on June 25, 2025. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on July 17, 2025. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: Since Covell Avenue and North Avenue are narrow, there may be a consideration of shared driveways to reduce the number of access points on to each of these roads.
