As part of the approval of the height bonus up to 63 ft, one unit will be designated as affordable housing. Location: Caroline St. (Lake Ave/NYS Rt 29) Tax Map #: 165.60-1-27; -28; & -29 Zoning: Urban Core District (T-6) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on July 3, 2025. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on July 17, 2025. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board inquired about the process of how the City of Saratoga Springs would track the one affordable housing unit, which information was provided by City Planning Staff.
