A proposed 6-story mixed-use project consisting of 25 dwelling units, approximately 5,000 s.f. of
commercial retail on the first floor by removing existing buildings and combining 3 existing parcels on
the corner of Caroline St and Pavilion Place in the Urban Core (T-6) Zone. As part of the approval of the
height bonus up to 63 ft, one unit will be designated as affordable housing.
Location: Caroline St. (Lake Ave/NYS Rt 29)

Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board inquired about the process of how the City of Saratoga
Springs would track the one affordable housing unit, which information was provided by City Planning
Staff.
