Location: West Ave. (Washington St./NYS Rt 29) Tax Map #: 165.-2-85 Zoning: Neighborhood Commercial (T-5) Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on June 24, 2025. Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on July 17, 2025. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board was concerned about having three curb cuts on the parcel. Clarification may be needed for deliveries only location. Additional landscaping may be considered along the West Avenue frontage to alleviate the visual impact of the parking area.
