A proposed marijuana dispensary to be located within 4,750 s.f. of an existing multi-tenant commercial
building on West Ave. The marijuana dispensary is allowed by special use permit in the city's
neighborhood commercial (T-5) zoning district.

Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on July 17, 2025.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board was concerned about having three curb cuts on the
parcel. Clarification may be needed for deliveries only location.
Additional landscaping may be considered along the West Avenue frontage to alleviate the visual impact
of the parking area.
Additional lighting for security purposes may be considered for the proposed use on the site.
