Comments When did we go wrong? When all of the surrounding
neighbors, who have been here 30, 40+ years, (who all have
spent hours and hours sitting in these meetings bc they care
and know that this is not the right project for this space) are
saying so, feel like their voices don’t matter, we’ve lost the way.
The Laterra family has an opportunity to still make millions of
dollars and do the right thing by building one or two smaller
residences. If it’s not all for money, I ask why. What is the
reason that they can’t build something less enormous and

obtrusive. The people in this town, they are the whole point.
They matter. Their voices matter. Not 10 other people in a
room who have opinions on someplace they’ve visited maybe
once or twice. I encourage the board to truly listen and take
their opinions seriously. Thank you.
