Comments I am very concerned about the condo project on the corner of
Cottage and Park Place. It appears there is no green space.
Between the size of the condo building and attached garages
and all the black top, the green space looks to be the city right
of way. If trees are planted (see photo) someone needs to take
care of them or they won’t survive. The 2 trees planted in front
of the townhouses at the end of White St have already died and
have been cut down. This project is too big and does not fit in
