A proposed 17,000 s.f. single story warehouse building addition keyed on to the existing 56,020 s.f.
building on a 6.5-acre parcel. The addition will be dedicated to high-bay industrial warehouse storage
with two loading docks.

Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on June 18, 2025.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: The Saratoga County Planning Board was concerned about the reduced space for the
internal movement of larger vehicles, including access for emergency vehicles and fire trucks within the
development.
