We are presenng two opons; opon “A” is similar to what was presented at the last meeng, with full glass and sliding doors / windows, opon B decreases the vercal window height (to pick up the rhythm of 30 Caroline St), changes the windows to double hung with munns, and increases the area of panels above and below the windows. The window on the terraces and those with railings remain as sliders with full sidelights. We have removed the fiber cement board panels per our discussions and have replaced them with brick in a stacked bond paern. We sll feel that this breaks up the mass and will add some detail interest while sll allowing the building to present as a back drop to 30 ½ Caroline. We have also aached a spec sheet and photograph of the brick that we are proposing. The window specs, railings, etc. are as per previous submission. George L.
