The existing driveway will be re-configured to split around the proposed guard house and 12 additional parking spaces will be provided for staff and visitor's waiting for clearance to the site. Location: Duplainville Rd./CR-46 Tax Map #: 177.-1-66 Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on June 24, 2025. Reviewed by staff with concurrence of two members of the Saratoga County Planning Board. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the above-noted Site Plan Review application has been reviewed by staff and with the necessary concurrence of two Board members has been deemed to present no significant county-wide impacts.
