The applicant intends to utilize an existing accessory arts pottery studio barn to
provide small pottery classes for children. These classes will be offered seasonally,
taking place over a two -week period each year.
This application is hereby denied upon the grounds that such use of the property would violate the
Unified Development Ordinance article(s):

As such, the following relief would be required to proceed:
