Engineering America Co. has been retained by the Owners of 215 Grand Ave. in Saratoga
Springs., NY to facilitate the subdivision application process with the City Planning Board.
'The subdivision proposed will result in one (1) additional residential building lot (11„,ot 2 on
map) with an increase of water usage as following:

- Number of Bedrooms: (3) bedrooms assumed
