The variance was originally granted on July 25, 2022 and extended once. The Board moves that the variance approval be extended for 18 months from the date that such resolution expired, July 25, 2025 with the new expiration date to be December 23, 2026. The variance shall expire on December 23, 2026 unless the necessary building permit has been issued and actual construction begun as per the UDO. It is so moved.
