Comments Although I did not attend the ZBA meeting on June 2nd, I am
very interested in this project. I drive by this patch of woods
often and hike at the Hemlock trail which is across Crescent
Ave from the proposed site. I am glad the ZBA and Planning
board have taken steps to ensure this large project is going to
be aesthetically pleasing. I see 20 acres will remain wooded
and include the wetland. I am sorry to see any of the woods cut
down, it seems like an odd site for a large apartment complex.
