The applicant is proposing 24 inch lettering and a 4 ft tall logo sign where 18 inch lettering and 18 inch logo is the maximum height allowed for wall signage and logo in the City's T-5 zone. Location: Excelsior Ave. (NYS Rt 50) Tax Map #: 166.-4-2.1 Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Board of Appeals on 5/8/202. Reviewed by staff with concurrence of two members of the Saratoga County Planning Board. Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact Comments: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Board of Appeals and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the above-noted Area Variance (Sign) application has been reviewed by staff and with the necessary concurrence of two Board members has been deemed to present no significant county-wide impacts.
