In the matter of the application

involving Architectural Review of residential addition within the Urban Core (T-6) District, tax parcel #165.60-1-81, within the City
of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Unlisted action – SEQR assessment & determination March 5, 2025
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance , the Design
Review Board issues the following decision on May 28, 2025:
Approve the application with the following conditions:
Approval of step-backs shown in Option A; applicant to return for full discussion of window configuration,
materials and other finishing details.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and
actual work begun.
