•Park View Hotel – shut down around 1962-1963 (building no longer there)
•1963-1964: new property boundaries were done creating the “9 Cottage Street” address and eliminating the 27 Park Place address.
•1964 – 1976: the property had a building (no longer there) that operated as “Skidmore College Carpenter Shop” and 7 cottage street was a storage building for Skidmore College
•1977 - 1978: Vacant building, Address change from 9 Cottage Street to 7 Cottage Street. New property boundaries created.
•1979 – 1997: Operating Business at 7 cottage street: Stepping Star Dance Studio
•2000 – 2022: Operating Business at 7 cottage street: O'Shea and French Insurance and single family
