I strongly object to the size of this project which is in no way in keeping with this neighborhood. I object to the number of units and the traffic impact it will have on this small, quiet street. I was horrified that the owners of this property had huge, historic trees removed in preparation for a project that had not even been approved. I question whether that was legally done. I object to the unsightly white fence that was put up around the property last year. It felt like an insult to our neighborhood. Parking is already an issue 5/28/25, 3:47 PM Mail - Mark Graham - Outlook https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox/id/AAQkAGIxYTcxODdiLTE4ZmUtNDdlMy05MTNlLTA4ZjY5NTFhMDAzMQAQAJOrVxvNdWNLlIndb9ivFkQ%3D 1/2 on Cottage Street, especially in the winter. It is hard to imagine how six large condo units will be able to put out their trash and recycling cans every week and not occupy two or more parking spots in addition to the spots we will lose with the driveway entrance that is planned. In short, I am strongly against this project as it was proposed. Attach Photo (optional)Field not completed. Email not displaying correctly?
