Attached please find drawings & materials I am hoping to submit to the DRB. I was hoping you could review them and run it by the chair before we formally submit, as we discussed. Per our conversation the prohibited materials that exceed the allowable 25% are as follows: Commercial building: Vinyl shake siding - 28% of entire facade Residential building: Vinyl: Vinyl shake siding – 32% of entire facade Fiberglass or composite operable windows (in all the apartments) Fiberglass column covers at the 1st flr. patios Aluminum, steel, or other metal: Siding & fascia - 6% of entire facade Railings at the 1st flr. patios & around the mechanical roof Aluminum storefront & curtainwall windows & entry doors Please advise if the project would be ready for submission, if the amount of prohibited materials would be approvable, or if you would like to see any additional changes.
